We are a socially responsible company with almost a thirty-year history of providing top-quality services and having a lot of satisfied customers. We are professional partners in manufacture and logistics which can be proved by the ISO/TS 16 949 and ISO 9001 certifications. Owing to a long-term patronage with our customers we have succeeded in building the best possible facilities for our employees. We have been employing disabled persons for over 20 years. Disabled persons form more than 50 percent of all our employees.

THE COMPANY

EMERGE, s.r.o. was established as a small family-run company with several employees. Thanks to our responsible and professional attitude, the company was quickly developing and we have become experts in welding, machining, bending, and logistics.

CERTIFICATION

We are a company certified according to the ISO/TS 16949 Standard which is based on the ISO 9001 Standard. This certification guarantees that we meet not only the product quality requirements but that we also comply with the customer requirements in the automotive industry.
We are preparing introduction of the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 Standards. Since 2021 also according to TISAX.

Ombudsman

We make every endeavour to find adequate employment for the disabled. We help them adapt themselves to the working environment taking into account the kind of their handicap creating specific conditions for them. That is the reason why we have built a strong personnel department that closely cooperates with the ombudsman. The basic role of the ombudsman is to protect our employees when forwarding their justified interests. Another important role of the ombudsman is to help the employees harmonize their working and personal life.

WE SUPPORT

We support unincorporated associations, non-profit organizations and handicapped sportsmen. We take part in various sponsorship and benefit events and we wish to develop these activities even more in future.
